STEP 1 GEL:

  • Cholic acid has surfactant properties that enable the absorption and transport of fat from photoactive adipocytes, by irradiation with lamp, in the presence of the chromophore chlorophyllin (present in Step 2).
  • Phosphatidylcholine dissolves the fats it comes into contact with, reducing the dimensions of the adipocyte.

STEP 2 GEL:

  • Spirulina has the ability to remove free radicals and prevent the production of irritant molecules, obtaining calming and antioxidant effects.
  • Chlorophyllin is a molecule that works as a green pigment on all photosynthetic cells. It works as photo sensitizing agent of the adipocyte (lipid peroxidation of the adipocyte membrane), that powers the lipolytic action of phosphatidylcholine. Its range spectrum is purple light, generated when combining blue and red light.
