Take 2 capsules 3 times a day with plenty of fluids, preferably after meals (recommended dose for 60 kg. (128 pounds). Decrease the rate of 1 capsule per 10 kg. Example: 4 capsules per day to 40 kg 88 pounds) . (Ask your doctor).
