  1. Cleanse and tone the skin with Sensyses classic if you like cleansing solutions and cotton pads, or with Hidraven foamy cream if you prefer water-based cleansing and your regular toner.
  2. Apply Psorises gel in spray, leaving a distance of 5-10 cm to the skin or on your hand and massage gently.
  3. Can be used in the morning or at night, once per day, on alternate days.
  4. At times of itchiness, flaking or redness, spray twice per day over the area.
