Hold the spray in vertical position.
Introduce the tip of the container in one nostril, covering the other nostril with a finger.
Aim the diffuser at the lateral wall of the nostril, trying not to spray the nasal septum.
Inspire and spray, pressing energically.
Breathe through the mouth and follow the same procedure for the other nostril.
